Anselm Mathurin is a 25+ year Technology Executive. He has held a number senior positions at Cable & Wireless Caribbean/Liberty Latin America including Regional Vice President with responsibility for Marketing Intelligence, Product Proposition Development, Strategic Marketing and Organizational Transformation before exiting in 2015. Currently on his second stint with the company, he is responsible for all consumer products and associated revenues in St. Lucia. He is also a Technopreneur, active property developer, Youth Business Mentor and currently pursuing an MPhil/PhD at UWI Cavehill in the area of FinTech development in the Caribbean.
